The Firm has represented Private Container Operators Association in negotiation of Concession Agreement with Ministry of Railways, India. We successfully negotiated the terms resulting in signing of the agreement.

INLAND CONTAINER DEPOT (ICD)

NYK Container (Japan)

Infini Juridique advised NYK in acquisition of Land in Haryana for setting up the Inland Container Operations and obtaining approvals for ICD. The Firm helped NYK in obtaining CLU and environmental permissions.

Petro-chemical Processing Region

PCPIR Project in Gujarat & West Bengal

Acted as Legal Consultant for setting up the Petrochemical Processing Region in Dahej (Gujarat) and Nandigram, Haldia (West Bengal). Dahej Project was successfully implemented.
